Can I be invoiced for the course rather than pay for it now?

Yes, the website allows course bookings to be made via credit card, however, if you would prefer to be invoiced for the course then please contact us so we can forward you the relevant registration forms for completion, you will then be invoiced for the training courses and payment can be made in advance of the course by cheque/bank transfer or credit card.

I need a hotel can you help me find one?

We choose to deliver our training courses at quality hotels enabling our delegates to book accommodation at the same time as the course, this helps to ensure that no further travel is required once you arrive for a course, many delegates stay at the hotel during the course to ensure further interaction with other course attendees, and a relaxing training experience. We are also able to offer preferential hotel rates.

 

Do you do onsite training?

Yes, we can offer our full curriculum of training courses as on-site private events, for further information please visit the Private Training page on the website.

 

Can I customise a course?

Yes, all of our courses can be customised to ensure business specific training is delivered that meets the needs of your objectives.

 

What time does the course start?

All courses start at 9.30am and finish at approximately 4.30/5pm each day.

 

Are there any discounts available?

We do offer discounts for volume training purchases and also as part of our Special Offers (see special offers page). We also offer a Training Passport which enables organisations to purchase multiple training days at a reduced rate.

 

What’s the dress code?

We like our delegates to be comfortable when training so dress is casual.

 

Do you have any other kind of training?

In addition to our classroom training, we are also able to provide online training, and Computer Based Training.

 

What’s included in the price of a public course?

Our public course prices include, course delivery, lunch and refreshments, course materials and certificates.

 

What’s different about your courses to the Microsoft courses?

Combined Knowledge specialise in the development of SharePoint and SharePoint Related Product training courses, our courses are written and developed by leading SharePoint experts and MVP’s. The courses developed by Combined Knowledge are developed for every role within the SharePoint environment, our courses are also often longer in duration than the Microsoft curriculum to ensure in-depth training that covers every aspect of the product that you would need to learn based on the role you have in the SharePoint environment.

 

Do you provide exams after the course?

Our courses do not map to any of the Microsoft examinations as we pride ourselves in developing courses that provide knowledge and hands on real world training, however, many of our delegates have gone on to successfully pass the Microsoft exams after attending our courses due to the knowledge they receive by attending one of our classes.

 

Do you cater for vegetarians?

Yes, the lunches that we provide for any public course includes vegetarian options, if you have any other requirements then please let us know at the time of booking as we will always do our best to cater for any request.

 

I cannot attend the course I am registered – can I send a colleague instead?

Yes absolutely, should you need to send a substitute for a course please let us know and we will help to make the arrangements for you.

 

Can I buy your course materials?

Our Site Licenses for End Users are available to purchase, these consist of the full End User course materials in electronic format, to find out more about the Site Licenses please visit this page on the website.
