Q. Are labs included in the courseware?
A: Practical labs are included in the courseware and all labs for Office 365 courses are performed using a trial Office 365 tenant. Students will create the trial in the first lab so nothing else is required to complete the course.
For On-Premises courses, lab hosting can be purchased from XtremeLabs or Skillable.com
Q. You ask for email addresses for each student. Can I use my own address and share the information with the student?
A: It’s very important that each student’s email address is supplied as the courseware ebook will be assigned to this email address and will become the username required to access the ebook.
Additionally, all instructions, access codes and notifications will be communicated using this email address.
Q: How long will the courseware eBook be available to students?
A: Students are given 12 month’s access to the ebook after which, the ebook can be renewed for another 12 months. Renewals include all updates to our courseware which are usually refreshed many times over the 12 months period to align with feature updates made by Microsoft.
Q: Following payment, how long will a student need to wait to receive their ebook with necessary instructions, access codes and any other notifications?
A: Student details will be sent out within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) of receiving payment. For example; if courseware is needed for Friday it must be purchased by Thursday at the latest.
