The Microsoft Excel introduction course will provide delegates with the foundational Excel knowledge, skills, and practical use for your day to day work. The introduction level will cover charts, spreadsheets with large data layouts, printing, basic calculations, functions, formulas, absolute and relative referencing in calculations, several short cuts, tips and tricks that enable you to create efficient and effective spreadsheets.
Microsoft Excel Intermediate
The Microsoft Excel intermediate course is designed for delegates who want to expand their knowledge. The intermediate course will advance your skill set by learning to work with conditional formatting, logical functions, advanced charts, creating formulas/links between multiple worksheets/files, understanding Filters, PivotTables, Slicers and Timelines.
Microsoft Excel Advanced
The Microsoft Excel advanced course is designed for delegates who want to expand their knowledge and skills. Delegates will advance their skill set by learning how to audit and analyse worksheet data, utilize what if analysis tools, use advanced functions, create your own custom views, collaborate with others, and create and manage macros.

Microsoft Word Introduction
The Microsoft Word introduction course will provide delegates with the foundational Word knowledge, skills, and practical use for your day to day work. The introduction level will cover, create and edit simple documents, format documents, working with tabs, paragraph formatting, document page setups, printing, AutoText, AutoCorrect, proofing documents, using shorts cuts and tips and tricks that enable you to create efficient and effective Word documents.
Microsoft Word Intermediate
The Microsoft Word intermediate course is designed for delegates who want to expand their knowledge. The intermediate course will advance your skill set by learning to work with tables, document layouts using columns and sections, working with illustrations that include pictures, shapes, organisation charts, create a mail merge as well as printing envelopes and labels.
Microsoft Word Advanced
The Microsoft Word advanced course is designed for delegates who want to expand their knowledge and skills. Delegates will advance their skill set by learning how to create bookmarks, endnotes/footnotes, indexes, cross references, table of contents, master documents, templates, forms and how to use macros.
Microsoft Outlook Training
Microsoft Outlook Introduction
The Microsoft Outlook introduction course will provide delegates with the knowledge, skills, and practical use for their day-to-day work. The introduction level will cover how to create emails, meetings, tasks, notes, and use some of the Outlook tools.
